Two years on from Hurricane Helene there are still people in Buncombe County living in their storm-damaged homes. RenewNC, North Carolina’s home rebuilding program, can be the answer to repairing homes, but first the residents have to move out. The BCLTRG has entered into a new agreement with RenewNC to help remove barriers that can delay home reconstruction.
