Requests can be made by case managers, DCMs, Care Coordinators. This is for any child in need of a bed in WNC and upper South Carolina, including but not limited to Helene survivors.
To make a request
- Fill out the survey, or have the family fill out the survey: Share Your Story Questionnaire
- Send email to Jill Schwarzkopf at info@sleeptightkids.org with the following- --completed survey and
-basic information: Name, Address, If can receive Amazon delivery at their location, ages and genders of kids (for bedding)
